As Crave’s Creative Director, Sandi crafts the vision and leads strategy at the Atlanta-based marketing firm. Pivotal to Ponce City Market’s development team, Sandi led marketing efforts from acquisition to opening. As a founding member of the Jamestown Creative Department, Sandi handled marketing and FF&E selection on office, multi-family, mixed-use, hotel, and condo projects including the Schermerhorn condo in New York, The Madison Hotel & Office buildings in Washington, D.C., and 999 Peachtree and Westside Provisions District.
Prior to Jamestown, Sandi worked on the development teams responsible for Woodstock Downtown, a ULI Development of Excellence, and Vickery Village, an ARC Development of the Year, as well as the Lucky Marietta District in Downtown, Atlanta. Before making the leap into development, Sandi spent her early years as a commercial interior designer.
Sandi grew up in Portland, a city that values creative environments, reuse of historic structures and art as intrinsic parts of development. That exposure, combined with an interior design degree and experience in San Francisco, London, New York, and D.C. allowed Sandi to develop a deep appreciation for developments that provide a sense of place and community.
As a key member of Crave’s creative team, Gerlinda is truly a jack-of-all trades and an out-of-box thinker. An introvert with loud ideas, she brings an owner’s eye and a designer’s perspective to a range of creative projects. Her two decades of experience as in-house marketing director for TuckerMott Company (developer of Floataway Community and Westside Provisions District) gave her hands-on experience with the built environment and the full life cycle of a diverse group of real estate development projects. Thoughtful about user experience, brand storytelling, and both print and digital experiences, Gerlinda specializes in directing and inspiring creative teams, bringing complex strategies together across full spectrum of marketing and development disciplines. In her spare time, she writes short stories and songs, plays the guitar, and sits on her meditation cushion.
As the former director of coverage and supervisor of the national desk for CNN and other outlets, Cristy spent 20 years as a writer, producer and assignment editor before a trip to Paris inspired her to step away from the news and pursue her passion for food. In July, 2015, Cristy started Atlanta Food Tours. Today, her successful passion project largely runs itself, affording Cristy the freedom to put her formidable organizing and managing chops to work full-time with Crave. From managing copy and content creation to crafting experience design for office, multifamily, and student housing projects, Cristy brings her keen intellect and inspired creativity to all of Crave’s projects.

Kirby is not afraid to take on design challenges, and she’s a master with hand-drawn illustrations. Previously, she served as Art Director at Hoffman Media, where she led her team in creating editorial layouts and pre-press operations for publications including Cottage Journal, Cooking with Paula Deen, and Good Cents Cooking. A Mississippi State University graduate with a degree in Fine Arts, when Kirby’s not designing, she’s spending time with her husband Josh, and enjoying her passions: travel, reading, cooking, and exploring on foot, because who needs a car?
